We have a new Rotary Contact: Debbie Mason. She lives much closer to the school than Paul so she will be able to attend more of our meetings.

Bylaws

We voted to have a point system to help us keep track of what individuals are doing within the club and what the club is doing as a whole. Specifics of this system have been tabled to determine at a later date.

All members of the club, both current and new, are now required to have a recommendation letter on file with the club. This letter can be very basic and needs to contain information on who you are and your character. Teachers are the perfect people to ask for this!

Recruiting New Members

We have decided to create a presentation to present in assemblies to recruit new members. A Google folder has been made for this presentation. If you have any pictures of the club, please add them to this folder. If you need to folder shared with you, contact Chavers, Bryanna, or any of the members with access to the folder.

Officers

As of right now, elections for officers will be postponed until January to give new members the time to get acquainted with the club.

Service Ideas

With the upcoming elections we are considering volunteering at a polling site. We also mentioned potentially doing the care packages for soldiers, Operation Christmas Child, and Relay for Life again.

Paul has emailed us a list of events he would like us to consider taking part in.
