Creepy Caldwell Festival

Our club will contribute at least two cars for the Trunk-or-Treat part of the kid’s sections on both nights of the festival. A subcommittee formed to work on designing the car decorations. We will also provide a few rogue zombies along the creepy trail and some additional volunteers to work if they are needed elsewhere.

Military Care Packages

Approval pending. We will likely advertise information about specific items we would like to collect for these boxes at the Creepy Caldwell Festival. The drive would start the week after the festival and run through Veteran’s Day and the month of November. More information to come.

Other Service

Be on the lookout for email updates about these service events as well as other opportunities like Smoking in the Foothills.

Next Meeting

The club’s next meeting will be Friday, October 6 in room 210 from 2:45 to 3:30. We will not normally meet on Fridays, but try to be there if you are available to meet on this day.
